The first series, penned by Simon Nye of Men Behaving Badly fame, aired last autumn with the final episode attracting five million viewers who watched to find out if Mariette would leave for Paris alone. 

"The nursing bra should be comfortable, feel supportive, cover your entire breast, and you should be able to undo the clasp easily with one hand," Rosenthal said. "Choose a soft fabric that will stretch with you, as breast size can change throughout the day as well. It shouldn't feel too tight, itchy or irritating."

An anti-rebound bar is also a feature on some car seats that acts to help reduce motion of a rear-facing seat in a crash."

My biggest piece of advice for new parents shopping for a car seat is to not get caught up in the minutia of features when comparing car seat models. But if bells and whistles really speak to you, it's worth noting that some features do add an extra layer of safety. 

During the first stage, from about the age of six to 18 months, a baby slows in development, loses interest in play, stops making eye contact, starts walking awkwardly and makes repetitive hand movements.

Some experts, including La Leche League, recommend breastfeeding people avoid underwire bras, as they may put pressure on one area of the breast throughout the day, potentially leading to blocked ducts and mastitis. However, other experts say that this is only a risk if the bra is too tight. I tested some underwire options due to their popularity and availability, but you should proceed with caution there.

When combined with the outer carrier shell, the seat is compatible with all Maxi-Cosi strollers, along with some premium strollers like the Uppababy Vista once adapters are installed. The Coral XP's base is on the long side, so it might not be ideal for cars with shallow rear seat cushions.
